The Next Roadshow Event
We’re pleased to announce our next Auction Roadshow Buying Event, taking place this May in Gloucester. If you’re looking to sell, this is a straightforward way to place your items with a professional buying team.
Sunday 10th May from 10am – 4pm at the Hatherley Manor Hotel & Spa, Down Hatherley Lane, Gloucester, GL2 9QA
No appointments are needed. Simply bring your items along and our team will assess them for immediate purchase or auction consignment. If your items are suitable, we can make a direct offer on the day or recommend entry into one of our upcoming auctions for pieces that warrant wider exposure.
If you’re unsure whether something fits, bring it along. Items with character and rarity are always of interest.
The Chippenham Event
Our recent Chippenham Roadshow on Sunday 22nd March, saw an outstanding turnout, with a steady flow of visitors throughout the day and a fantastic atmosphere from start to finish.
From the moment the doors opened, there was a real sense of energy in the room. It was great to welcome both familiar faces and new visitors, all bringing along items to sell and speak with the Foxhill team. The event had a relaxed, friendly feel, making it an enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
As always, a wide variety of interesting items were brought in over the course of the day. Many were purchased on the spot, while others were consigned to upcoming auctions where we expect strong interest. Events like this continue to highlight the range and quality of items that come through our doors.
Held at the Best Western Plus Angel Hotel, the setting added to the day, with bright weather and a welcoming venue helping to create a really positive environment.
With more roadshows planned throughout the year, we look forward to building on the success of Chippenham and welcoming even more people to future events.

You’re welcome to bring:

- Objects you’ve inherited but know little about
- Pieces you’ve always wondered about but never had assessed
And don’t worry if you’re unsure whether something is worth showing us. Many people are pleasantly surprised by the stories, age, or quality of items they thought were ordinary.
If a piece is too large or awkward to carry, photographs are perfectly fine. Clear front, back, and detail shots will usually give us enough information to offer an initial opinion.
