Sale Room Appointments

We welcome appointments at our sale room by prior arrangement, strictly for items being considered for purchase or auction consignment.

Home Visits for Sale & Consignment

If you have a large collection or a full estate, we can arrange a home visit where a specialist will review items with a view to purchase or inclusion in a future auction.

Home visits are offered where there is clear auction or resale potential.

Formal Written Valuations (By Instruction Only)

Foxhill Auctions continues to offer formal, written valuations where legally or professionally required. These are separate services and are fee-based.

Probate & Inheritance Tax Valuations

Written probate valuations compliant with HMRC IHT 407, based on fair market auction values at the date of death.

• Fees from £300 + VAT
• On-site work charged at £150 + VAT per hour
• Travel expenses may apply

Insurance Valuations

Fully detailed insurance valuations, including photography and item descriptions, acceptable to all major insurers.

Other Formal Valuations

Written valuations for:

• Family Division and divorce settlements
• Capital Gains Tax
• Insurance and taxation purposes

All fees are agreed in advance. Quotations are free.
