Home Visits
If you have a large number of items, we offer home visits where a valuer will assess your collection with a view to consigning items to a future sale.

Probate & Inheritance Tax Valuations
We provide written probate valuations compliant with HMRC IHT 407 forms, based on fair market auction values at the date of death.

Fees start at £300 + VAT, with on-site work charged at £150 + VAT per hour.

Travel expenses may apply depending on location.

Insurance Valuations
We prepare fully detailed insurance valuations, including photography and descriptions, acceptable to all major insurers.

Family Division, Capital Gains Tax & Other Valuations
We offer written valuations for purposes such as divorce settlements, insurance and taxation.
