Collecting in Person
All purchases must be collected from the Hungerford Coin & Stamp Centre, 34A High Street, Hungerford, RG17 0NF.
Collections are available from one full working day after the auction. For example, if an auction takes place on a Sunday, collection appointments will be available from the following Tuesday.
Following the auction, customers can use the appointment system on our website to select an available collection date and time. Please do not travel to collect your purchases without a confirmed appointment, as your items may not yet be ready.
Items can only be released once the invoice has been paid in full and cleared funds have been received.
If somebody will be collecting on your behalf, please provide us with their full name before the appointment. We may ask the person collecting to provide identification.
Worldwide Shipping
We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping through our in-house packing service.
For deliveries outside the UK and Ireland, we will obtain a quotation from a suitable international courier. The cost will depend on the destination and the size, weight, value and contents of the parcel.
We may use Royal Mail or Parcelforce, DHL, UPS, FedEx or another appropriate international courier. Shipping quotations will include suitable insurance for the full declared value of the parcel, including the hammer price of the purchased items.
We are currently unable to ship purchases to India or Italy.
International shipping is subject to the import rules, customs requirements and restrictions of the destination country. Foxhill Auctions reserves the right to decline shipping where a suitable service or appropriate level of insurance is unavailable.
Delivery Addresses
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address shown on their account and invoice is complete and correct.
For security reasons, particularly with higher-value purchases, we may only be able to ship to the registered billing address. Any request to use an alternative address must be agreed with Foxhill Auctions before dispatch and may require additional verification.
Foxhill Auctions cannot accept responsibility for delays, additional charges or unsuccessful delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the buyer.
Combined Shipping
Where it is safe and practical to do so, multiple purchases from the same auction may be packed and shipped together to reduce delivery costs.
Whether items can be combined will depend on their size, weight, value, fragility and suitability for safe transportation.
